Made-To-Measure
We're so happy you've chosen to have your wedding outfit made by Recycled Bridal Collective!
The Process
· In the online Recycled Bridal Collective store choose the fabric swatch listing for the style(s) you’re interested in having made. Swatches will then be mailed to you for your approval.
· On receipt of the swatches, let us know which fabrics you prefer by email.
· Take your measurements as described in the Sizing tab, then once you’ve determined your correct size, make your purchase of your item(s) from the Recycled Bridal Collection online store. Please ensure your measurements are correct, as we cannot offer refunds once your item has been made.
· If you would like to come along and meet Lucy at The Studio to try on our showroom samples before making a purchase, or to select fabrics in person, just drop us a line via the contact page, and we’ll book you an appointment.
· Initial in person appointments for Made-to-Measure items are £20, and payable by PayPal prior to the appointment. We will send you a link to make payment, and your first appointment will be 1 hour.
· Once you have purchased your item from the online RBC store, depending on the number of items, your order should be ready to ship in 4–6 weeks, but this will depend on the time of year (our busiest times are May to September). We will keep you informed as to ready dates throughout the make process. Please allow for delivery time, and time for any last minute alterations you may need from your local seamstress once your item has arrived.
· All orders can either be collected in person from the studio or shipped to you as specified in T&Cs.
