All orders are made and shipped from Hassocks, West Sussex, United Kingdom.

Please be aware all items are made to order and have up to a 4-6 week processing time prior to dispatch.

RBC Returns Policy

All RBC items are made-to-order so non-refundable. Please ensure your measurements are sent to Lucy as indicated on the SIZING page in the Made-to-measure section of this site.

All fabrics will be sent to you for approval in swatches prior to ordering so you know exactly what your RBC item will be made from. Just click on the fabric SWATCHES listing and specify by email which RBC item you would like to purchase.

Alternatively, you're welcome to make an appointment to visit the Sussex Bridal Seamstress studio in Hassocks to view our extensive range of fabrics, try on samples (currently size 12 or medium), and to chat through your requirements.

Delivery costs

We currently only ship to the UK, items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery so that the parcel can be tracked.
